Since your pendant is a custom design that needs to be manufactured by hand, please allow 5 business days for your order to be dispatched from our workshop.

Photo Rules

1. Avoid blurred or gritty photos

The quality of the picture is important. Make sure to only upload sharp photos where the subject is in focus and all the contours are clearly visible. A modern smartphone does the job!

2. Good lighting makes for better results

It's important! The light source should preferably shine straight onto the subject. If the picture is very dark or has backlight, it is difficult for us to know exactly where to engrave and it will make the final product less detailed.

3. Multiple People

We recommend to do 1-2 people per pendant. If it's a couple photo, make sure that everyone is positioned next to eachother with little to no space in between them. Also keep in mind that having multiple people won't increase the diameter size of the finished pendant.
